pleasant stay but minor improvements needed
The Deluxe Double Room was impressively spacious, allowing me to feel comfortable during my solo stay. The staff consistently went above and beyond, offering friendly service with genuine smiles that created a warm atmosphere. I enjoyed the lovely garden view from my balcony, making it a perfect spot for morning relaxation.
The breakfast options, while good, could use more variety to cater to different tastes.

Spacious Junior Suite with Pool View offered a serene escape. the afternoon tea on the rooftop was a delightful bonus. The pool provided a perfect spot to unwind after exploring, and the friendly staff always went above and beyond. However, interconnecting rooms would enhance family stays significantly, and the pressure to book tours detracted slightly from the experience.

The pool bar closes too early!!! Guests should not be allowed to ‘reserve’ loungers left unattended for hours!!! Effective towel tracking is necessary like a juvenile system!!! Room options lack interconnecting features, which hampers family stays!!!

The best part of our stay was the spacious One-Bedroom Villa with a stunning rooftop view! It's in a great location, but the noise from nearby concerts at night was a bit annoying. Overall, a lovely experience! 🌿

The pool area was beautiful and relaxing.
We faced some issues during our stay that were quite frustrating. The staff tried to upsell us on activities and pressured us for reviews during our last day. Additionally, I noticed some inconsistencies with the pricing for tours compared to others I spoke with, making me feel misled rather than valued as a guest.

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay, especially the amazing breakfast and relaxing pool area which were fantastic. The spa treatments were a fantastic touch, making it easy to unwind after exploring. One minor downside was that the room could feel a bit dark at times, but it didn’t really bother me at all. 😊

Very spacious room with a nice balcony. Nice pool and great live music during dinner. Management pushed upselling activities, which felt uncomfortable. Cooking classes nearby were a fun experience.

I loved diving into the local eats—try the afternoon tea on the rooftop, it’s a delightful touch! The spacious Junior Suite gave me the ultimate chill vibes, and the delightful pool area was perfect after exploring. Plus, the staff were always so smiley and attentive.
Despite an epic stay, the management's pressure to upsell activities was a bit of a buzzkill. We felt kinda tricked by the tour pricing and being watched while we typed our review—it felt a tad too much.
